Ad Lib bars and restaurants are dotted across Glasgow's Merchant City, West End and City Centre with a new seaside venue in Largs. With it's  bustling but chilled out atmosphere Ad Lib serves an eclectic, globally influenced menu with that all important trendy New York diner vibe. Justly famous for its good old US comfort food of gourmet burgers and steaks, the menu also displays strong Asian influences with dishes such as lime chicken burgers with Thai coconut sauce and Masaman Thai curry. All venues feature a good selection of beers on tap and boast an excellent wine list.

Ad Lib is perfect for brunch, lunch , post-shopping or pre-gig food with friends or a more intimate but informal dinner for two. Our City Centre venue is available for private hire and our West End venue has an elegant private dining space.
